1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date for full-priced items.
• Sale items or items purchased with discounts are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Condition of Items

• All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
• Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
• To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Return Process

• Please email us at sales@itspersonalboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

6. Non-returnable Items

• Gift cards, beauty products, and any personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement after verifying the issue.

8. Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made in the shipment.
